I know this varies among individuals, but out of curiosity - is your anxiety worse in the morning or at night?
Mine is almost always worse in the evenings. Through making dinner and eating it seems to go up, and it stays elevated throughout the evening. One of my favorite shows was "The Walking Dead", but there's no way I could watch it now! Way too scary. I try to relax, but it's difficult. It makes me nervous about trying to sleep as well, so I always stay up too late until I'm super tired so I know I'll fall right to sleep.
So, when does your anxiety peak? Are there different coping strategies for morning anxiety or night anxiety? Any wise words of advice? :)
