J.
I tried taking a tranquilizer or anti-depressant with alcohol one time, and it caused me such turmoil that I never tried it again.
I have true concern for anyone who takes Zoloft and alcohol at the same time. It sounds like those two would be going in two different directions.
One would be trying to go to the top floor, and the other would be trying to go to the bottom floor, and your brain would be in the middle. That would be a cruel way to treat your brain.
Of course, if you're hooked on alcohol, and you have a need for medicine, like a tranquilizer or anti-depressant, you would be in a very difficult situation.
You said,
"I have noticed how alcohol has been a driving force to all the negative in my life."
That is the statement.
Did you inherit that. Have your thought about Alcoholics Anonymous?
I think you also have to conquer yourself.
Again, you said, ""I have noticed how alcohol has been a driving force to all the negative in my life."
While "alcohol has been a driving force to all the negative in my life,"
you've been the one who decided to drink alcohol.
So you may have another negative in your life. Yourself.
I was a negative in my life until I read a col. on being positive when trying to solve a problem. I was the one you was defeating myself.
That's what could be going on with you.
You said, "I have to much pride to admit I am an alcoholic but I see it destroying my life. I stand here today in a fit of anxiety it is causing me to lose my family and hope in myself any advice?"
You don't have to lose your family. Do you have a positive approach to this problem?
