I'm sorry there are all these additional stresses going on right now joav. None of that helps the anxiety, of course. So do your best to insulate yourself from any drama or stressors as you can, and focus on yourself. Be extra kind to yourself, have some extra Halloween candy tomorrow, or do whatever you can to make yourself smile. It can be helpful to find someone in person to talk to as well - are there any local support groups for anxiety/depression? And of course, you can always come here to vent!
I think you're on the right path, friend. Just hang in there and keep taking those baby steps.
