Checking In!!!!

Hi guys haven't been on in awhile. My Anxiety is still with me sometimes better then others. I still didn't start the buspar yet and I have my Xanax when needed. I'm learning and working on controlling my anxiety and when I start to feel anxious I say SO WHAT I'm anxious it will pass always does I've been getting better with that. I still get the dizzy feeling and sinus tachycardia here and there but pushing through. It's been a long almost 2 years antidepressant free after being on it for 15 years weaning off and anxiety was back like it never left. I thought I had to be on Meds forever but I see now that I can function and live just baby steps still every day and every day I learn something new about myself and my body and my life. Anxiety sucks and it's annoying but it's not the end of the world I realized and I realized I love mylife and life in general for it to destroy it.

It has been a process to be sure...

...but you stayed the course for what you wanted to achieve...and you should feel great about your current place in recovery.
