Now what?

It's always something, now the top of my scalp in one spot has been sore to the touch since yesterday. Is it because I wore my hair in a high bun the night before? That is what I do most nights with no problem. Ugh, it makes me anxious and I keep touching it.

I know, it is crazy how it hurts. It is getting better I guess. Two Tylenol later and much health anxiety. Googled and came up with .......oh never mind. lol

I've got a giant spot that looks like a rash on my bald dome and I try not to worry about it. I put the medication on it... when I remember and just move on. Binding the hair like that in a pony tail isn't all that healthy for the hair and it's probably just a benign clog like SC said.

I have moles and blemishes all over. I've asked about them, but never obsessed. However, if I see something like that in my nether regions, freak the freak out! Sorry. TMI.

Try a gentle head massage when washing your hair ... a little pamper session to yourself... Comb it through with a little conditioner rinse in just warm water not too hot. Warm your towel then wrap it round and relax for a good 30 mins or so... With a nice bit of relaxing music..

Works wonders for me.
