Hi all,
Anybody who has tried can pls tell me which sleeping pills are good.
My whole day is spent in bed as seroquel makes me drowsy too much.
I want to try something better.
Any suggestions.

Hi
Have you tried Tamazepam? It works well.

ambien worked best for me. tamazapan works good at first but you rapidly build up tolorance to it. lunesta was sort of weak for me. my own cocktale of melantonin and valerian still works ok for me . trazadone gives me a king size hangover but will put me under. insomnia is no stranger to me as you can tell

Lunesta
My GP got it approved even when my insurance denied covering it. I hadn't slept in 2 weeks straight due to severe RA pain and she said it was the most effective, least side affects- it worked beautiful for me

I use Trazodone as well...it was an absolute god send when I couldn't sleep when my anxiety kept me up for days.

I've heard about
Gabapentin. Supposedly, it promotes deep restful sleep. I haven't tried it myself though.
Magnesium supplements are also good for insomnia.

I've got severe chronic insomnia.
I take 1 melatonin about
an hour before bed and then an ambien at bedtime. I also use DoTerra Lavendar essential oil to help me relax and a white noise machine.

Lunesta is brand name,I cannot get before march.
Temazapam and trazodone did not work because of seroquel and ambien addictions.
I wanna try relaxing oil like lavender .
Magnesium is another one on my list.
Thanks for suggestions.
Keep them coming.
White noise machine is what I need ....

Some good suggestions above.
I am currently taking Olanzapine which is in the same class of drugs as seroquel and find that helps me get a good nights sleep.
