I have finally figured out the best way to reduce my panic attacks and that is the following:
1. Do some deep breathing.
2. Understand the trigger for it and try hard to reduce it.
3. Listen to classical music.
4. Understand relaxation techniques in order to avoid panic attacks.
I am doing much better. Thank you for your concerns.
