Hi Draegon and welcome to the forum!
I've experienced pretty bad driving anxiety too, and what helped me was some guided meditations. I listened to a few that I found on youtube that were generally the same length as my time to commute to and from work, and it took my mind off of the anxiety, and it was much more peaceful that way!
Either that, or calming and peaceful music helps, too.
