Hi, Im currently suffering from palpitations & anxiety from High Stress..After ruling out EKG, Blood Test & Urine Test..Thats A1 ..I'm in the process of minimizing or possibly eliminating stimulates I've been used to for nearly 25 years...Coffee replaced with Decaf, Wine replaced with Sleepytime Tea w/lemon & honey & lime, Imperial Butter replaced with Bonnett, Off brand Olive Oil replaced with Cisco, Sugars replaced with Honey or Splenda (doesn't contain asertane), White eggs replaced with brown.Red Meats & Pork replaced with Seafood, Turkey, Chicken...Use a lot of Lemon Pepper decreased from salt, Chocolates replaced with lots of different fruits & Vega..The only thing I haven't changed yet is my GNC Women's Energy & Metabolism Vitamins, it contains Caffeine... Just have to take it early & not late in day
