Hi All,
I am about 3 weeks into my most recent decrease in Zoloft (75mg to 50mg). I've noticed that some old, scary anxiety symptoms have come back. I've been experiencing some depersonalization and derealization, as well as acute anxiety episodes in public places (supermarkets, shopping malls, etc). While it's frustrating, it's not AS bad as it was when my anxiety was terrible two and a half years ago. I'm still keeping up with going to the gym 4-5x a week which has helped enormously, but with the decrease in the medication, with the high intensity interval training I am EXHAUSTED. I feel like I can just sleep about twenty hours a day. The fatigue is one of the parts that frustrates me most- even more so than the other anxiety symptoms. This weekend I'm staying up at my mom's house for the Easter holiday, which will be a nice break from the day to day chores of keeping everything together at my apartment. Hoping some R&R will be good.
I wanted to ask:
For those that experience acute anxiety in larger spaces/ really crowded places, which coping mechanisms work best for you?
And...
Do any of you experience anxiety related fatigue? Or even SSRI related (or ssri decrease related) fatigue? How do you combat this?
