Health anxiety is a tough one isn't it? Yes, I struggle with the same fears. They don't disrupt my daily life...but it is a pretty consistent nagging worry in the back of my mind.
If you have not gone through therapy or done self help for health anxiety, then I would recommend taking this step.
In addition, medication can be discussed with your doctor if your fears are causing panic, intrusive thoughts or otherwise interfering with your quality of life.
One of my most powerful tools is using Positive Mantras to speak against the fear/worries. We have a link in our Resources if you'd like to read up on this coping skill.
