Feeling pulse without cause in left nipple region near the armpit spreading to my left arm

For the past month I have had a tingling pulse sensation near my left nipple region which does not stop. Without even trying to feel it , it happens. I have done all tests such as echo, stress test and ecg and all say that it's normal. I also am on Gerd medication which has reduced my acidity and even some pain in my rib area. But this pulse sensation near my left nipple hasn't gone and even spreads to my left arm making it numb.
Also during exercise and sports the pulse sensation starts hurting and increases which leads to shortness of breath.

I'm really scared please help me a bit here

There are quite a few benign probable causes to what you are experiencing...anything from a strained muscle, compressed nerve, or even a skeletal/cartilage related issue such as costochondritis.

Of course as WRAS mentioned above, this could also just be a new anxiety symptom (manifesting in physical discomfort) that you are fixating on.
