Is this a new manifestation of your anxiety? I ask, because the faster you can start to work on this issue the better!
Exposure therapy, along with working coping skills such as breathing exercises and positive mantras while you are away from home, should be put into practice...
...in combination with medication if you continue to struggle.
The key is to move on gaining recovery now to avoid agoraphobia from setting in.
