I can drink caffeine without an issue, unless I am particularly anxious...or have a strong coffee on an ampty stomach.
So, if you'd like to experiment with adding coffee back into your routine...
I would recommend starting off small, eating food along with your latte...and picking days when you are not feeling anxious.

Thanks SC. I think that maybe was the issue before. I would drink lattes throughout the day to keep me full and would only have one large meal at night. This worked and I lost a lot of weight but eventually I guess it caught up with me.
Or maybe I just drank too much of it. I don't know. Caffeine is addictive so I am worried I can't just stop and start.
I have made other changes in my life. I did CBT and also eliminated many other behaviour
