Update on summer cold

Summer cold official day 4.

I am still so run Down, and my lungs feel heavy. I am having a runny nose finally. My fever got to 102.8 last night and then my anxiety spiked and fast. I had to drop the fever with meds and I hate to do that.

Called the doc today and she said I am on track and should be done with in about 3 to 5 days. I can't take anything but the ibuprofen and a Rx of pred that she called in for me. It's only for 10 day but it will help a lot she said.

Stay healthy y'all this is not fun

I am sorry! I wish you didn't feel so unwell. 😔

I know you don't like to take the meds...but keeping your fever down will go a long way in helping you to feel better.

Summer colds are the worst! Every few years I get one and am knocked down pretty good. Hang in there!!

I am hoping that the fevers are gone now. My lungs are heavy which is normal as I am asthmatic. My cough is dry and rough but again normal for me. I just wish I didn't have to be knocked down like this. It is very easy to have a cold or flu in the winter that is for sure.
