I've had that, too. I find that most often it's because I feel that I'm having a hard time breathing. Try focusing on your breath and slowing it down! While that's a great way to combat anxiety in general, I find that consciously reminding my body that I can breathe in extreme heat tends to take that feeling of panic away.
