Yeah after a while I figured it was anxiety as my chin and jaw line no longer ached or felt numb. Thank you for talking sense into me. I may not reply right away, but I read the messages as soon as I get the notification and this one helped me a lot to calm down. As for breathing exercises I try, but after a while the panic will creep it's head back in and cause more trouble :/
