Crazy symptoms for 7 years

I have been having crazy symptoms for about 7 yrs now. It started with me thinking I was having a stroke or heart attack. I will be perfectly fine then all of a sudden these weird symptoms arise. I will feel like I am shaking on the inside and numb and tingling esp my left face and arm. I feel like my legs are going to collapse but they don't. Sometimes I feel like I am going to faint but I don't. I have had MRI of brain, multiple blood tests, table tilt test, ultra sound of heart. All normal! So every Dr. thinks its anxiety/stress. I finally talked to a Dr. that said it could be dysautonomia. He put me on elavil and within a couple of months I felt much better. After 2 yrs I weeded off and just use xanax when the symptoms roll over me. I was pretty good for several years and now its all starting all over again. I don't feel overly stressed and it just creeps up on me for no reason it seems. I don't know what else to do and noone I know has anything close to what I feel. And it's so hard to explain the symptoms . Sorry for the rant just don't know where else to turn!
