Denture and anxiety

Hi, I'm Older Guy, my name is Rich.

I wear an upper denture and it has gotten a bit loose the past couple of weeks. I don't know why I haven't taken off work til now and gotten it tightened.

Anyway, I will call on Monday and see if/when the dentist can see me.

I'm just worried about the denture coming loose while I'm eating.

I don't know if talking to my sister (who I live with) will help the situation at all.

I didn't sleep well last night and have been napping today and my body just feels tired and sluggish.

I'm sorry you feeling worried...that is a tough, since you have to wait until Monday :/...

...but I am sure you will get it readjusted with no problem then.

Eat easy to chew foods until then...and keep working your coping skills to manage the worrisome thoughts.
