Problems getting meds

I am sorry if I am posting to much here but it really seems to help hearing from others that understand my struggles I have been diagnosed with OCD Anxiety attacks and Panic attacks from age 21 and am now 46 for years i have been on 200mg of zoloft and for the most part has made things manageable but every now and then I will have an issue in life and spike my OCD to the point I can only dwell on an issue raising my anxiety normally I can go to doctor get some ativan which helps me get back to a comfortable balance I tried to do this time but now with all the regulations the government has put on meds and physicians my doctor is refusing to help and because I was being maintained with zoloft my regular doctor has been taking care of so i have not been to a psychiatrist in years and now to see one i must wait til mid November I am really at a loss here any advice appreciated
