Things had been going well for a few weeks. I wasnt obsessing and I was thinking less about anxiety. Symptoms would still pop up, but I managed them pretty well. Think it also helped I had a cold, so my mind was more on that haha.
But Friday I started getting the same tingling I usually get, but it went to my arms again like my first anxiety attack. I decided to tough it out and go to dinner anyway. For some reason my anxiety has been hitting me in a personal/intimate setting like at dinner tables, small meetings...so this was a bad idea.
My wife and I had to leave. It built up and this time I felt a little tightness in the chest. Since then I've felt my symptoms more at work and even had to leave my doctors appointment today. I don't really want to call it a setback, because it doesn't erase the progress I've made. But is this common to have your symptoms come back a little stronger after an attack?
And anyone have good techniques for parathesia? That seems to be the main symptom to come back. I've conquered it once and stopped caring about it, but it's been tougher this time.
