Hi
My main symptom of depersonalisation is the feeling that everything around me is not real I also get a feeling I have met someone before when I never have met them which makes me feel paranoid.

I always just feel like I don't belong. I'm not really living as apart of this world, but I'm a spectator. I just don't feel right, always on the outside looking in.
