Fear of getting schizophrena

Hi all. So I started Luvox last Tuesday per my Pdoc. I decided to go back to her per my GP who wanted me to try wellbutrin but that was way to stimulating for my anxiety. We decided its best that I stick to pdoc instead of trying to see both. Anyway I feel my anxiety is still pretty high and my OCD is really high since starting the Luvox. I have had this fear before but it's back with a vengeance. I have a mutual friend on facebook who had the same bday as me(which was Monday) but she committed suicide 5 months ago. So after seeing people post of her page Monday it freaked me out and I started thinking oh no what if that happens to me and so on.... I know its irrational fears but still scary. I spoke with my therapist and Pdoc and they said stick to Luxov for a least another week or so. Anyone else have fears of such?

I am sorry you are getting so anxious/fearful about schizophrenia.

I have lots of fears some day, even though I know they are irrational, I fall under their spell.

I think your pdoc probably has experience with putting people on Luvox. If you get really scared of schizophrenia, you can always give him or her a call, just to check in.
