Internal sensation of heat when panicked

Does anyone else get a hot sensation but in one spot while panic is racing through?

I had a flash of back pain today that pulsed for a few minutes which I then started to panic about. I sat calmly and then felt heat in my back where it was pulsing and then it went away. This happened twice so far today and I'm wondering if this is common or should I be worried?

I've always had HA about my heart.

I have had that before but never mentioned it to anyone..but once when for some reason I lost my breath I went into panic (was by myself at home) and had to struggle to gain my breath again. When it was all over there was a pulsing in my lower back - almost like a heart beat- a hot pulsing. Have had it another time- can't remember circumstances but in same place.I'd be interested in what it is too.

I get this also except it dosnt go away for a long time .went to many specialist including mayo clinic. all stumped. its anxiety related for sure. if I take a benzo it goes away.

Adrenaline surges can feel like heat to some people. It's hard to say for sure that is what you are experiencing, b/c everyone perceives symptoms differently...but I would guess that is what you are describing.

I haven't necessarily felt a heat sensation in one particular area, but I have experienced hot flashes while in a panic-state.
