Panic and anxiety high today

I'm struggling today. I have been feeling uneasy all morning, my stomach is acting up (stomachache, diarrhea and stomachache), and suddenly I was crying. I took a klonopin 0.25 and I hope it helps. What a day!

AK,

Hopefully your rescue med has kicked in by now. Follow it up with coping skills, and you'll likely pull out of this rough spot quickly.

Sorry, that's a hard way to start your day...but I bet you will be back to feeling yourself soon!

It happens to a lot of us , one minute you are ok the next minute you just get depressed and start feelin anxious and miserable.
Hope rescue med came to rescue and u are feeling calmer now..

I take Lorazepam for my anxiety/panic attacks. I get where I get overwhelmed and can't take it anymore. On Wednesday it was because the phone company ripped me off. I wish I could just be normal. I hope your meds worked for you AnxietyKeller.
