Magnesium has helpped me tremedously! I take it an hour before bed and I feel so much better, it helps my muscles feel relaxed!!
Make sure you do not buy magnesium oxide, this form is unable to be absorbed by the body. Some brands try to sell magnesium, when there's actually little magnesium in there or an unabsorbable form.
