Hi. I have been where you are... more times than I care to count. I'm sorry you are going through this. If you can, try to do something that might help you calm down or re-focus your attention. I find that sometimes something sensory helps me: aromatherapy, a strong pleasant smelling bubble bath, music, a movie that I find comforting... you have made it through your anxiety before and you can make it through again.
Keep posting here - there are a lot of good people here. There are also good resources to help with managing anxiety on this site.
And as simple or annoying as it may sound - remember to breathe, slowly and deeply.
