I feel like anxiety is very common and many people deal with it in today's day and age.
Anxiety isn't all bad as I feel like it helps you become a more empathetic person, it helps you slow down life and just focus on your well being, and most of all helps you see what's important in life at times.
It is so incredibly challenging to get by just with day to day task, let alone work and raising a family.
My marriage has taken a hit and I don't feel like the same person as I did when I first met my wife and had anxiety more under control.
It has become a real financial burden but a necessary one to save my career and family life.
I don't really know the silver bullet to dealing with it but for me I meditate once a day, exercise at least 10 min. a day, and take dietary supplements kavinace and seriphos
It is near impossible to know what are real threats and what are perceived.
Anyway I have had a rough week with at least 24 panic attacks in the last week.
Lots of heart attack like symptoms
My advice is to stay off webmd and such sites as they often make symptoms worse.
Just go see a professional.
This forum has been my saving grace and have appreciated all the support first hand from people like me, going through this journey together.
Look forward to hearing more people struggles and triumphs.
