I am sorry to hear that you are still struggling with the anxiety and frustration....I understand how this feels. I lash out at my loved ones at times too because of my pent up stress...and end up feeling guilty about it as well.
So the fact that you are seeking to cope with your anxiety with some exercise is a great step to take, as exercise has proven to be one of the things that can help with management!
Hibee's suggestion of walking is a great one! You can put your baby in a carrier or sports stroller if you have one...and do this together!
You can also find wonderful exercise tutorials on line with anything from aerobics to yoga...and work these while you little one plays in a bouncer/exersaucer, or naps!
