I'm good I have an appointment with my pdoc tomorrow for a medication review.

I've had a good week. I saw my psychiatrist as well as my dentist over the past week. Both visits went well.

I was hoping to spend time with my dad for Father's Day at a local auto racing track. But the weather didn't cooperate, as it rained out. However, we did go out to eat for lunch at a nearby restaurant. It was good.

I hope everyone else is doing fine.

Hi all. Manic turtle i been. Support worker is helping me with planning and goals. Sleep....errrr. Not good. Am alive and grateful for a roof over me head and tucker in the belly. HT
