I’ve bought some gas relief tea. No idea if it works but peppermint and chamomile seems to be natural gas killers.
I also started taking probiotics! Seems to be getting better. Beano sounds good too but its easier to stay away from beans :D...
I did consider s’thicone, i will try that if all else fails.
But i do realise is walking for 30mins after a meal seems to lower alot of gastro issues.
Awful, tryna lose weight eating greens and getting bloatedness as a side effect
