jittery drives me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone else feels a little shaky or jittery in your extremities??? I know that sounds kinda weird but this morning as I was waking up, I felt kinda jittery in my upper arms for some reason does that sound kinda weird?? Have you ever exercised and then when you flex your arms or legs they feel kinda shaky?? I guess thats how I can explain it?? It feels kinda like a weakness feeling or something, what in the world is causing this?? I just feel like Im so weird or something!!!!!!

Hi angela, no it doesnt sound so wierd to me lol I get a shakey feeling in my arms sometimes, once in awhile my legs too, like my knees are gonna give way and ill fall, thank goodness it doesnt happen very often, but you might want to ask your doc about it anyway. I hope it goes away soon, and you feel much much more at ease ;)
