when I was at the psychologists office yesterday I was explaining all my symptoms and she said that most of come from not breathing right. The symptoms like the lightheadedness, dizziness, fog ang some others. She said that just from talking to me that I hold my breath alot. She said that even from listening to my messages on the phone she could tell how my breathing was. At first I was thinking I dont think I hold my breath, but when i think about it, I can tell now that I really dont think my breathing is right if that makes any sense. I notice that I really do almost forget to breath and then have to take a deep breath. I find it strange that she is going to teach me breathing techniques, seeing how breathing is an involuntary thing. I will post all the helpful tips that she teaches me.
