How often do you experience these? Like how many times a day/hour/minute approximately?

I know what u mean, I just went out on the old snowmachine I just got running, haven't been on one for over 12 years since I got disablied with anxiety as well as other things.
Just the pounding of my heart whould stop me in my tracks thinking I was having a heart attack, but u have to work through it and think of it as away that u are still alive and is just something that your body dose when you are working harder. I would get to that point at first and stop everything thinking I was dieing but now I get to that point and I try to push it just a little harder and now I hardly even notice it at all. But like I said I just when on my frist snowmachine ride in years, and my heart was pounding just from the joy of it even though I only when't 2 miles and had 2 return do 2 the pain in my back but wow it was fun and now I have to rest from it but it was worth it.

Scarey stuff when the ol heart jumps a beat or three eh?
Had that problem the other day while I was waiting to hear from my daughter - who is going thru a really rough time at present...it got to lunchtime and I thought this is ridiculous, took control and calmed down..amazingly the ol heart settled down too!
Have come to the conclusion that while its still beating and jumping about
I am still living lol and best I make the most of it!
However, have you been to your doctor and mentioned about
this problem? Maybe he can do tests and put your mind at ease.
Hope you feeling better soon.
