My God Lyn, I'm so sorry to hear about your son.  I just responded to your post regarding the stress leave, and I have been so wrapped up in my stuff i didn't even get a chance to look at your post, I'm so sorry.  i will be praying for your son.  How is he doing at the moment?

This has really taken its toll on me between this dad n not being up to par I feel I have been rather useless to anyone .......everyone
I am shutting out all around me again I have noticed: hours go by unnoticed
I tend to do that occassionally ,but I do plan on taking this weekend and celebrating the fact that son is alive getting better each day and I will be getting lyn back along the line as well
Last night had the worst ever panic attack in a lon long time crawed innto bed with hot milk by 7 and just stayed there cuddled up in blankets shutting out the world

Dear Lyn,

  Take care, & just get yourself rested--KNOW that you & your son are in my daily prayers--i light 3 candles every morning...& say my daily prayers & intentions--one to Sacred Heart of Jesus--one to Blessed Mother & one to St. Michael---I pray for myself & my loved ones---so now you, your hubby & son are on my "list".(it's not a long list--but you guys are on it).....that God, in His infinite love is shining down His healing Love & surrounding you--your husband & son...with His Light of Love.

  I pray for St. Michael the archangel that him & his legion of Saints (St. Jude--St. Dominic-St. Joseph& all)  intercede on all of  your behalf.

 And i pray to the Blessed Mother with Her powerful intercession with her Divine Son-----also assist in all of your healings.  Remember Jesus words that are often found in the Gospels---His constant theme is.."FEAR NOT..."  So Lyn--even with your panic attcks--"Fear not" (I'd luv to send you a blessed prayer card to carry with you as I do--just to hold during moments of fear)
