Not fair - Panic on it's way

I just got into work and discovered a $30,000 piece of machinary is broken.  I know because I found it I will get the blame.  Someone must have broken it yesterday and then left it for me to find and get the blame over. Who would do that??

I'm sorry to vent off topic but I'm really beginning to panic badly now.  My hands are doing the shakes.  If they can't fix it I'm probably out of this job even faster than I thought.  Why does this happen ?????? Bangs her head on the desk. 

Yes AK, you are right!! I was catastrophising!!! I did get grilled by a few people but in the end we got it fixed and I still have a job.  A lesson in not over-reacting I believe!! Sorry for the vent.
