Hi everyone! I know some of you might already know this...but for some that might not...eating alittle crystalized/sugared Ginger is a great way to help with the nausea that often accompanies anxiety/panic. I buy some from my local healthfood store( it usually comes in a bag in little slices or pieces) and whenever I get nausea I just take a piece, eat it and within about
15 mins to half an hour, my nausea either goes away or is a lot less bothersome. The nausea might come back later on in the day, and if it does, I just take some more ginger. It is inexpensive too. I usually pay about
$2.25-3.45 a bag.
I try to carry some in my purse in a zip-lock baggie, then if I am out anyplace and start to feel queasy..etc I just eat a piece and usually it calms me down enough to carry on with what I was doing.
