Anyone used Rescue Remedy Spray?

Hi,
i just bought the rescue remedy spray...
does anyone know how many times you can spray per day?
the package doesnt say anything

i'm not sure i understand your question my struggle

rescue remedy comes in a spray or drops that you put in water..
its natural herbs that are supposed to relieve anxiety

Hi Jess, I have used this in the past and you can't really overdose on the stuff. I usually have a couple of sprays on my tongue every half an hour or so when having a panic attack.

Not that I know of sweet as it is a natural remedy but I would always check things out with a pharmacist before you try anything new.

Yes it does contain brandy - a very small amount I think.
