I have been away for awhile so first of all let me say hello again to everyone on this board. I hope everyone is having a good day. I got some blood work done because I always feel like I can not breath I sit aroud yawning all day trying to get a deep breath. I have been told this is anxiety but it is VERY annoying and makes me depressed to have to think about breathing. It also hurts sometimes trying to get in that deep breath. Anyway my Carbon Dixoide levels were very low according to my blood work and the Dr. said not to worry about it. You would think he would pay attention to it considering it has something to do with why I came in. When I called his office to tell him I was concerned about it he told me that I hypervenilate alot and thats what causes it to be low. He said to breath into a paper bag. Has anyone experiened this problem?
