enlarged lymph nodes ?

I have these two lymph nodes which are painless, about 1.5 cm or so in diameter, rubbery, they move around, they are not hard and are not fixed at one place, one of them i discovered around 1.5-2 years ago and it has remained as it is, the other one i discovered about one year ago, and it increases in size sometimes, the other one also used to increase sometimes, but now is more or less the same size, should i be worried about anything ? i have a blocked nose for most of the time in a year without any symptoms of a cold, i dont have any other symptoms like night sweats or anything..please tell me !

well ive had them for like 2 yrs or so, no probs till now..ive seen a doc, he says nothing to worry about coz they are tiny, says that there are such enlarged nodes in many pple and they dont even come to know because they dont go about searching for them !
