Hi Debaser. I go through the same thing and living in the city does not help any! Not to mention my neighborhood has trees everywhere. Mornings are the worst. I would see a doctor. He can put you allergy medicine. It will help some. I take Zyrtec and it works pretty good.
It sounds crazy, but I do not open my windows when allergy season kicks in just not to let the pollen in the house. When the weather gets warm and humid (I hate the humidity), I keep my air conditioner on. I get sick to my stomach and a constant drip from the draining as well. There are some medicines that can dry it up.
It can cause anxiety, but I keep reminding myself its my sinuses and nothing more.
Good luck. Hope you feel better.
Mary
