I am not sure if anyone else here on this forum has checked this out, but it has worked for my panic attacks. I no longer have those, just generalized anxiety now.
It's called the One Move Technique. It's in a book called Panic Away. W/O infringing on copyrighted material, it basically tells you to tell anxiety to give it everything it's got and come at you 100%.
It's worked for my panic attacks. Maybe I should try it on my generalized? hmmmmm there's a thought.
