Physical Symptoms of Anxiety? Yours?

Was curious to see what other anxiety sufferers deal with physically? I usually have tightness/tingling on my forehead, vibrating/shakiness, weakness in my legs, and of course upset/knotted up stomach.

i have shakiness, sweating , muscle twitching, nervousness, all over, i have ibs, since taking magnesuem the muscle twitching has slown down to almost none , i glad to see i'm not alone, i don't know what i do without this forum, doctors don't explain to you this usual with anxiety, so you think you have other things

My primary doc told me that you would be amazed at the physical symptoms anxiety can cause. I had an ER doc tell me he has seen people come in with one side of their body paralyzed. It's incredible what your mind can do!!!!

I can only have so much anxiety and stressors before my body LITERALLY starts to break open and eat skin from inside out ........
It is called Pyoderma Gangrenosum and it is the most painful thing I have gone thru especially about 2 yrs ago when I almost lost my finger ......

There is a thread with pics on it you have to look for it in the previous pages .......or pop in Pyoderma Gangrenosum in search engine and that should bring them up...


Other symptoms are shaking
Nausea
Mood swings from Hades
Exhaustion
just about all of it is attributed to this " gift " of A/P
