I totally agree that you will find plenty of great ppl that will support you and help you thru your times
This is very much like a family here so please have no worries about making friends that will come easily here

Hi,

Having anxiety can be a very lonely business, but you will find many people here who are going through the same things you are and that is a huge comfort!  Keep posting here, you are not alone anymore!

It is very hard to deal w/anxiety, and it does make you feel isolated. It is nice to be able to come here and write and interact w/others w/the same problems. Welcome!

Hi,

I agree with what everyone here has said. I've only come to this forum within the last couple of weeks and everyone is very nice and super supportive. This is the place to be to for lonely feeling to go away. Anxiety is really hard to deal with and I'm going to say to you what everyone has been saying to me - take thing one step at a time.

Keep coming back here, because everyone is very, very helpful!
