I was just wondering if once you start on a path of anxiety if it can be caused by to much of a certain chemical overproducing in the brain or is it just underlying thoughts or issues that you are not aware.
It seems to me tht even though there seems to be nothing to worry about. It seems to me that I wake up with an anxiety attack and am lucky, that there are no health issues that are causing it. Could it be that after awhile you brain gets conditioned and a chemcial gets over released that can cause this?
I just turned 55 today and cannot imagine spending the rest of my life waking up like this, I am on Xanas right now and see a therapist and she advises that once we get to the root of this issue, I may stop having these anxiety attacks. For a while, I woke up without them, but now they are coming back again. As the day passes, they go away and I feel normal, however, I dread mornings as I know they are going to be there. It is great when you get up without one.
Well, sorry about the ranting, but I was just wondering if anyone else out there as been here and what they did or didn't do to have them stop.
Thanks all.
