I am worried my friend .......

Nothing but freezing rain here and I dont like it at all
Making me moody and sore as all get out .......

I am thinking I might hibernate this year .......

  HAY LYN, SORRY FOR THE CAPS RIGHT NOW BUT I MISSED MY APPT WE GOT A FOOT OF SNOW AND THE POWER WHET OUT AGAIN (GREAT TIMEING EH) AND NOW I HAVE TO MAKE A NEW APPT AND BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THEM BUT I THINK THERE PHONES ARE DOWN RIGHT NOW IN TOWN, HAVING A HARD TIME READING THE SMALL PRINT TODAY BUT I WILL GET BACK TO YOU LATER

Hey, it's a revoltingly hot 110° here today.  I actually want to go back to work because they have aircon.  No, heck, I'd rather sweat!

I have done the ass over tea kettle thing ( have not heard that since Mom was alive) a few months back at Superstore here in new town lovely entrance lol......

We've had nothing but rain and ice where I am which, like Lyn, has made my entire body hurt - until today.  I still hurt, it's sunny, blue sky, a bit foggy and already 34 degrees and it's only 10:00am.  I sure hope it gets warmer and melts some of the ice in my driveway - it's like a skating rink right now.  Hubby has gone out to get some more sand to put on it - we have one section in particular that the sun never hits and it's awful. Here's hoping we all get some nice weather soon!! Wen

Ok......on the downside the weather in Minnesota was warmer than in
Las Vegas the day we arrived. My daughter and I had to go buy gloves and we left our winter jackets in MN........yes we are both blond. :(

On the upside we had a great Mom and Daughter get away, Karaoke, piano, bar, Country Dancing at Toby Keith's Bar and Grill and of course the Big Buffet.

On the not so good side my other Dobie is not doing well today...........she is 8 and the granddaughter of the one I put to sleep before Christmas. So prayers for my sweet Morgan, well usually sweet.  She has attitude. :)

  Hay y'all I'm still alive and doing better and no nerou appt yet, still trying to get a hold of someone there so I can reset it up again and I'm just bouncing along not really I only had it happen just the 2 times eyes

  But the weather has turned cold, to night it going down to -25 below, right now in town it's -8 below so get ready as I'm heading it too you all just as fast as I can yeah lol

MEG well you did send me over the sun but you forgot to send over the heat that IS suppose to come with it BURRRRRRRRRRRR

   Lyn you better get to feeling better or I'm coming down there with my big knife and get it red hot and seal them there sores up for you :) the Cowboy way

Hey all, we're buckling down for another, yes another Nor'easter - here in New England. We actually beat the all time record for the most accumulation in the month of December. And I finally got my snow tires put on yesterday! It only took me half the winter to do so! :) So, now I shouldn't be slidding into any more snow banks! Yippee! :)

I hear on that one Sadsong, I'm in NH and it's predicted that we will be getting 7-14" of snow.  I am sick of it - grrrrrrr!!  LOL  It's incredible about the amount of snow we received last month - we got more than all of last winter.  So buckling down again for the storm that's a coming.  Right now it's gorgeous outside, sun is out, sky is pretty blue, and not a single cloud.  Oh well, here we go again!! Wen

YES we have that dang storm a coming this way next and I cannot wait lol I can be out and about as long as I do stay away from STUPID drivers you all know the kind ..doing 30 in a 70 and in a no pass zone akckkk........So I take back roads love it
Taking Dad tomorrow out to the rez to meet up with some of his old cronnies and I am going to Healing Hut .time for some good old fashioned Mother Earth Healing me thinks .........

I can't believe the amount of snow we got here yesterday! The roads were slippery in the morning, but I made it into work, since we had an important meeting, but when I got out of work to brush off my car the snow was well up over the bottom of my doors. I'm so glad I got my snow tires put on on Saturday - they've made a huge difference! No more slipping and slidding for me! :) Stay warm all!

Yesterday storming this am is isnt as cold BUT we have plenty of snow will be taking GK out sledding this wknd if my bones arent acting up too badly that is
Another cold front is on its way so I am just going to go to REZ with dad later and go to Healing Hut and talk to Elders
This always makes my day ........only a 15 minute drive to the REZ from my place

Well Freezin in MN had the wisdom tooth extracted yesterday at the oral surgeon and lived to ride another day.  They really gorked me as I slid to the floor in the elevator on my way out.  My hubby was with me and a nurse.  The nurse got a wheelchair. Managed to get into car and home to my bed. Slept from 3:30 PM yesterday until 9:00AM today.  Took a long nap this afternoon.

Guess there is weather outside..............lol.
AK, come on down and pick up some sunshine.

Lyn, I need some carmel sundaes...........getting sick of yogurt.

Wen, you keep on staying warm and all of you with storms..........pop some corn and settle in. :)

I knew you getting the wisdom tooth out would be an owwey for sure you had to knock out in elavator .OH my thay had to have really doused you up .......

Get to felling better and yep we have had another blased storm come thru and all this and I am fighting with siblings
THEY all want ( because of my health ) for me to put Dad in a home.......not in my life time he wont be this has come down to some nasty stuff going on in the family dynamics believe me .BUT I will keep on keeping on and blow them .............

I'm just doing a quick post, my beautiful four year old burmese kitty was killed early this morning.  We think she was hit by a car, we got a text message telling us where to find her body.  She's in the backyard now, safe and sound now I guess...Mwaaah.

My kitten is too distraught to be let near her grave and me, well I'm just getting over shock from car getting wrecked so I guess I can tack this onto my "worst start to a year ever" list and pray it gets better.

Sorry to vent, but my workmates are sick of me bursting into tears and my partner has turned his "mute" button on so I have no-where else to whine.

smurf Suppose to get colder starting tomarrow and into the weekend here on the tundra of nodak...argh!! My body likes cold like I like housework...neither to be desired. All well here so far knock on wood. Cold weather killed most of the germs. Worked out once then twisted my ankle yesterday. Not even on the ice. Arrgh! No working out the rest of the week. Wishing ya'll goot thoughts. Take care and hugs. Kota:)
