Pets are great! Also, I just saw a program on Discovery Health about all anxiety and all that stuff, and it was very interesting to know that your thinking can change the chemistry of your brain. In another words, you have to think that you are OK, that nothing is wrong with you, that thing what you have MANY PEOPLE HAVE , and eventually you will be fine. I had anxiety long time ago, panic attacks, many other weird things and I cured my self out. After 5 years my panic attacks came back, but I will kick them away in the same way. Go to the doctor and make some tests, and if this is anxiety or panic ( i mean if you are not mentally ill), then nothing to worry! the longer you will keep your self home close to your computer - the harder will be to get rid of this habit. You are not alone in this, and call somebody, go out somewhere, talking about anything, let your brain get some information from around not just from your house and computer. I mean, don't put your self in a box. Staying at home is good, but going out time to time is great!
