I was on Clonazepam for almost 2 years. My dosage was .50 mg 4 times per day. I am now on 1mg of Xanax (up to 3 times per day) and I must say, it does work better for me....
PS - Yes, I still take my Xanax - my script is for 1mg 3 times per day, but I usually just need it once per day and then also at night to fall asleep....
