Time for an update: It's about 15th day after seton placement; Almost all pain gone.Has 1/10 to 3/10 pain changing up..Hopefully it will get totally pain free,fingers crossed.. Zero drainage...
Could be a fissure or hemeroid or abscess.. I know from experience fissures can be mild to painkiller levels.It usually hurts a lot after BM for a few hours....
