i have the same problem with my Vit. D.. the only thing that has helped is to get injections of B12. then i can actually absorbe my vitiamains...

i have been doing the injections for years now. and they are the best thing in the world.. I also still take iron pills i take 3 pills a day. After a while you will relalize when your B12 is running...

i have been geting B12 shots for over 5 years now.. Talk to your Dr and getting a large bottle of B12 they usually last a year. My insurance wont pay.. But a large bottle only cost $ 15.00 - 20.00...
